Refund policy

At Batta, we take great care in packaging our lamps as they are fragile items. We kindly ask you to inspect your order within 3 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or not quite right, just let us know within that time, and we’ll happily arrange a pickup and exchange, or a return/refund if an exchange isn’t available. Returns for non-damaged items are also accepted within 3 days, in its original condition (return shipping may apply). Requests made after the 3-day inspection window, or items damaged due to use or mishandling after delivery, won’t be eligible for return or refund. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
